Die FES ist die älteste und größte politische Stiftung in Deutschland. Sie ist parteiunabhängig und den Grundwerten der sozialen Demokratie – Freiheit, Gerechtigkeit und Solidarität – verpflichtet. Das Büro in der Mongolei besteht seit mehr als 20 Jahren und ist Teil eines über 100 Länderbüros umfassenden globalen Netzwerks. Wir kooperieren mit Gewerkschaften, NGOs, Regierungsinstitutionen und politischen Parteien in der Mongolei und Asien. Unsere Schwerpunkte liegen in den Bereichen Demokratieförderung, Sozialstaat, Sozialpolitik und Arbeitsmarktpolitik sowie Friedens- und Sicherheitspolitik.
• Konzeptionelle und administrative Planung, Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Seminaren, Fachkonferenzen, Tages- und Abendveranstaltungen auf dem Gebiet der Mongolei – insbesondere mit Bezug zu geopolitischen Themen.
• Betreuung von Publikationsprojekten
• Öffentlichkeitsarbeit für das FES-Büro Mongolei, insbesondere die redaktionelle Betreuung des Facebookauftritts und der Homepage auf Mongolisch, Englisch und Deutsch
• Entwicklung neuer Formate und die Gewinnung neuer Zielgruppen in der Mongolei
• Berichterstattung zu gesellschaftspolitischen und projektspezifischen Themen
• Vollzeitstelle, zunächst befristet auf ein Jahr (Verlängerung möglich)
• Eigenverantwortliches, teamorientiertes und abwechslungsreiches Arbeiten
• Internationales politisches Arbeitsumfeld

The FES is the oldest and largest political foundation in Germany. The foundation is committed to the basic values of social democracy - freedom, justice and solidarity. The office in Mongolia has existed for more than 20 years and is part of a global network comprising over 100 country offices. We cooperate with trade unions, NGOs, government institutions and political parties in Mongolia and Asia. Our focus lies in the areas of democracy promotion, the welfare state, social policy and labor market policy as well as peace and security policy.
• Conceptual and administrative planning, organization, implementation and follow-up of seminars, international conferences, day and evening events - especially with reference to geopolitical issues.
• Supervision of publication projects
• Public relations work for the FES office in Mongolia, in particular the editorial support of the Facebook presence and the homepage in Mongolian, English and German
• Development of new formats and the acquisition of new target groups in Mongolia
• Reporting on socio-political and project-specific topics
• Full-time position, initially limited to one year (extension possible)
